Senator French, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Judiciary Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 2468. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR SS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 36(JUD) was adopted. Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE CS FOR CS FOR SS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 36(JUD) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall SENATE CS FOR CS FOR SS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 36(JUD) "An Act relating to ballot initiative proposal applications, to ballot initiatives and to those who file or organize for the purpose of filing a ballot initiative proposal, and to election pamphlet information relating to certain propositions" pass the Senate?"
